File Crauste_CellSystems2017.cps has no dependent data

The translation of Crauste_CellSystems2017 ended up with an experiment that has no dependent data. It seems to me that the columns of the data file are time, followed by dependent variables that are the species concentrations of the same name. Not sure if this is a bug in the converter or if the problem comes from the orignal petab file...

I was trying to see if it was still in my command line history but unfortunately it has already disappeeared. I don't remember the details other than I did do all of the models in batch; I think I followed the instructions.
