Refund request - unable to use credits

Description

I purchased $20 credits but I cannot use them because no hosted models are available in my account. All models require API keys.

The credits are unused. I would like a refund.

Hello, I appreciate the response, but I am still not seeing any progress on my refund. This is now a repeated reply without a clear update or timeline. I paid $20 and was unable to use the service at all. I am not interested in alternative workarounds like API keys or ClawRouter. I expect a full refund. Please provide: - A confirmed refund status - A clear and specific timeline If the refund is not processed promptly, I will have to escalate this further through my payment provider. I expect a proper resolution as soon as possible. Thank you.
