Languages Page

The aim of this task is to create the languages page. Languages exist within a specific project, since different projects might use different languages. The following needs to be doneÖ

• Add the language option to the sidebar when being in a project.
• Add a language select dropdown and an add button that allows for adding predefined languages.
• Add a language table that has the following columns
  • Code
  • Label
  • Fallback
• Add a deletion option for each column
