🤖 test: run runtime contract sequentially for remote fixtures

The runtime contract suite previously used test.concurrent() everywhere, which could overwhelm the docker/ssh fixtures and push the integration job over its 10-minute timeout. Run runtime tests sequentially for remote runtimes while keeping local concurrent.
