Make GitHub the main repository for reviewing/merging PRs #521
Description
Starting in March 2026 Bitbucket will no longer support external forks of public repositories like CEF. This capability is a key requirement for accepting external open source contributions. We will therefore switch from Bitbucket to GitHub (this repository) as our "source of truth" repository for reviewing and merging PRs before that date.
