Version control for modules made available on Arc3.
Current practice is to use the cemac shared account earwrfa for building SEE software.
Documentation will be stored via the wiki.
modules built can be used via:
module add /home/home02/earwrf/privatemodules/
module use /home/home02/earwrf/privatemodules/module avail will now display available cemac modules
