what is new in 0.4?

i couldn't find release notes in the tag of 0.4, nor any announcement of the release. What did i miss? What's new in the release, how do we upgrade?

Consider it the "a bunch of bug fixes release".

Actually we'll be switching over to the Java server for buddycloud.org soon

• you might want to check that out since there's more development working

Where is that java server?

It would be nice to have more information on those releases...

I agree. Each release should have a changelog etc. We'll switch to using
the Github Releases feature for the new ones.
