Sign up for the Buddycloud Demo App

I tried everything that I could when signing up for the demo app to see what can be improved.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo.
Here are the results:

The username was not right but I couldn't read the whole popup message as it went out of the screen.

Then when trying it with the .com email and a name for the username it worked. But the app crashed for me after that.

And took me straight to the initial page.

Seems like my account was not created the last time. At least when I try to recover the password now it says that the password can't be reset (it would be good if it tells me 'why?'). I can't log in any other way, so as a user, I would just create a new account.
