The first documented step is:
rake task openstack_demo:fetch_image
It is implied that this first step runs git clone razor-puppet-puppetdb-demo, but that is done in openstack_demo:install puppet.
It would probably be good to describe the setup process for just puppet apply first, since that should be the minimal possible setup. The variations for razor and PE could be described after that.
