Convert getCallEndpoints18.m in Python

In order to extract feature for calls, we need to convert the following script https://github.com/batcloud/callviewer/blob/master/src/getCallEndpoints18.m in Python.

I am new to Python but very interested in this work. However, I can't get this script to run and keep getting an error involving with with h5py.File('models.hdf5', 'r') as hdf5_models. I am told that file 'models.hdf5 does not exist and I am not sure if this is actually an independent file that I need to import from somewhere else. Not sure how to get help or if this is even the place to ask
