Adapt "Drupal 7 Deconstructed" material for Backdrop and make available

If you look at the (#Backdrop > Documentation @ 💬) thread in Zulip, you'll see we explored the idea of adapting the Drupal 7 Deconstructed content for Backdrop CMS and making it available.

We asked for and were granted permission to use the material: drupal-deconstructed/drupal-7-deconstructed#39 (comment)

Now we need to follow through and use it.

Should this go in the docs site? If so, where?

If not, where should we put it?

Someone has already forked it to https://github.com/backdrop-ops/backdrop-guide
We will start converting the content there, but then will look at adding to the docs site.

Currently thinking about under the "Developing for Backdrop" section, perhaps titled "Understanding how Backdrop works"

I forked it and did a couple chapters: https://github.com/herbdool/backdrop-deconstructed. But I forked from the original - didn't see the other one. I'll push to it. It's not hard work, but a bit tedious since each link needs to be updated, so I'm not sure of my pace on it. Anyone else can help.

I should have looked through all the chapters before working on it. About 15 of the 24 chapters are empty. It may be useful to copy some of the content over the docs site, but I'm not sure if anyone wants to fill in all the missing chapters. At any rate, I've updated the majority of the links and references so it will be useful to some extent.

Thanks @herbdool - are you able to do a PR to https://github.com/backdrop-ops/backdrop-guide? I have permissions to merge. We did talk about moving content to docs site but would be good to have your work first.
