Nothing appears on plot watch

Upon following the instructions to add Plot Watch to the layout, nothing appears in it

Steps :

1. I open the C++ project
2. I place a breakpoint on a line where the variables will be different at every stop
3. I open plot watch with View → Other windows → Plot Watch
4. I type the name of my variables in the table below and hit enter, the type actualizes to confirm it has found the variable.
5. I click on Continue or Step Over until I reach the next breakpoint

I tried :

• using only one variable
• restarting Visual Studio
• scrolling far in and far out with the mousewheel and using the Right click → Reset View option as well
• changing Visual Studio's theme back to the default one

I understand there is a high chance this is just me not understanding how to use Graphical Debugging and not an actual bug, in which case I would gladly appreciate some help and maybe a more in-depth tutorial.

I had the same issue with some List<List> (c#) to be plotted. Actually if I correctly extract myVariable[0] (extract a single list) it works fine. So maybe check the variable types and opportunely adjust them: you can do operations on the variables directly in the "name" field without any code change.
