Incorporate long term memory

Create a sample implementation demonstrating long-term memory capabilities (such as user preferences and conversation summaries). This should include comprehensive documentation with code snippets to help developers integrate this feature into their own implementations. This feature should remain optional and not be included in the default deployment.

@brianz @kaleko There are already guidelines in place to show how users an add long term memory: i) Look at this comment: backend-stack.ts#L237-L238 and ii) MEMORY_INTEGRATION.md
