kiro-cli is not upgraded to pro plan

• I have run q doctor in the affected terminal session
• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Operating system

Linux 6.6.87.2-microsoft-standard-WSL2 - Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS

Expected behaviour

kiro-cli needs to be upgraded to the pro plan.

Actual behaviour

kiro-cli is not upgraded to the pro plan, and when I check /usage after running kiro-cli chat, it shows the free plan.

Steps to reproduce

I used up all my free plan credits, purchased the pro plan, and started chatting with kiro-cli again.
