010-cloudmap-service-discovery: requires Route 53 hosted zone

Problem

The script creates a public DNS namespace which requires Route 53. The create-public-dns-namespace operation needs DNS resolution to work.

Current state

• Removed from non-interactive PR
• Operation ID regex fixed (allows lowercase alphanumeric)

Steps to resolve

1. Create a Route 53 hosted zone prereq (or use private DNS namespace instead)
2. Test end-to-end
3. Add back to the non-interactive PR
