Description

The AWS::DocDB::DBInstance resource type in CloudFormation does not support "PerformanceInsightsKMSKeyId" property (customer managed KMS key for Performance Insights).

Whereas the Document DB console, CreateDBInstance API as well as Terraform supports it.
