There is no data returned when using the 'set()' method

The Curl class does not correctly parse the response for 'set_entry' call so there is no data returned to the 'set()' method.

I've added a workaround for the bug here. I'm hoping it will be accepted into the main repo.

Should set_entry return anything upon successful insert into the database? I need the newly created ID for an entry but am getting NULL.
