Clarify status of Rocky Linux OS package vulnerability scanning

Description

I am trying to run OS package vulnerability scanning of a container image of rocky linux v8 with trivy v0.68.1.
I face this logging message.

Skipped detection of the packages because modular packages cannot be detected correctly due to a bug in Rocky Linux Errata. See also: https://forums.rockylinux.org/t/some-errata-missing-in-comparison-with-rhel-and-almalinux/3843.

Related issue #1053 .

These issues/posts are a little dated and the resolution isn't clear. Could the doc clarify whether OS packages scanning is supported? I didn't find anything in the doc: https://trivy.dev/docs/latest/guide/coverage/os/rocky/
