How to use Teaclave if I have to use my cloud service provider's PCCS service?

Do I have to set up a PCCS to get this dcap_root_ca_cert.pem or dcap_server_cert.pem in order to use Teaclave in DCAP mode?
In other word, is it possible to get all this two certs if I use a PCCS from my cloud service provider? Sorry for my question, but I'm really confused about this.

The "two certs" I mentioned are dcap_root_ca_cert.pem and dcap_server_cert.pem in folder incubator-teaclave/keys. I read some documents from Intel, and it seems that I can only get PCK certificate if I don't deploy a PCCS server by my self.

So is dcap_root_ca_cert.pem actually cannot be retrived unless I deploy a cache service by myself? Or I misunderstand this?
