[HELP] Does NuttX have a `sync` command?

Description

While testing a new wear levelling flash library #16789 I have noticed that the NuttX fat filesystem only flushes all data to disk when unmount is called. Does NuttX have a command line sync command to ensure all data is flushed to disk without unmounting?

Not sure about sync command off the top of my head, but sync function is supported as it is POSIX interface https://github.com/apache/nuttx/blob/master/fs/inode/fs_files.c#L1013. So you should be able to call this from your application (or write a simple utility that calls it).
