No Agent State on the System Virtual Machine

Hello. I'm using Apache Cloudstack 4.20.1.0. My server had been down for a while, and when I decided to turn it on, I encountered the following problem:

What could be the problem? There are no errors in the Cloudstack Management and Cloudstack Agent logs.
