[Failing Test]: Playground Frontend Test

What happened?

1. This test seems perma red:
   https://github.com/apache/beam/actions/workflows/playground_frontend_test.yml

2. Whenever workflow runs it seems like it downloads much higher dependencies which causes breakages. This is probably due to the pubspec.yaml files allowing higher dependency versions to be installed.

3. Beyond the dependency issues, it seems like some code changes maybe required to satisfy the integration tests due to race or analysis events conditions.
