[Feature Request]: Allow FirestoreV1ReadFn to configure a different database than pipeline options #36904
Description
What would you like to happen?
The transforms only use the database configured in the pipeline options, so a pipeline cannot read and write to separate Firestore databases.
This was partially done in the WriteFn side of things (#31858) , but not the ReadFn.
