alicloud_instance: changing datad_disks attribute auto_snapshot_policy_id forces replacement

Using resource type "alicloud_instance" with both system disk and data_disks blocks, i can add the system_disk_auto_snapshot_policy_id to an instance definition after creation. However, if I add the "auto_snapshot_policy_id" property to a data disk after creation, the provider forces replacement of the resource.
