What

No WireVersion type exists anywhere in src (grep for 'WireVersion' returns nothing). The wire version lives on Envelope.Arcp (default "1.1", src/Arcp.Core/Envelope/Envelope.cs:15) and Arcp.ArcpInfo.ProtocolVersion (src/Arcp/Umbrella.cs).

Evidence

The SDK follows SemVer strictly. The `arcp` wire version field
(`"1.1"`) is fixed in `Arcp.Core.WireVersion.Current`.

Proposed fix

Reference Arcp.ArcpInfo.ProtocolVersion (or Envelope.Arcp), or remove the claim.

Acceptance criteria

• The cited symbol exists in the codebase.
