Infer language argument from database

Databases have a primaryLanguage field in their manifest, which could be used to automatically set --language. That way we could likely remove --language altogether and make the cli interface more convenient.

Makes sense. Note that the information about the db language requires some yaml parsing. I have something readily manufactured, from tailor... ;-)

Partially fixed with #19 but you need to have pyyaml installed. Maybe a simple regex to find the language would work
