"sim has crashed"

I did every step as followed, however when i open up the traffic planner it says "sim has crashed: and even if I click restart or resume nothing changes. What should I do?

You need to create a valid traffic layout, then traffic can simulate.
Or download a traffic layout for a map.

Again, it means that your traffic layout is not valid. If you dont know how to create/edit traffic, you can't fix it. Go pester the person that gave you the traffic. If you are the person creating that layout: You cant simiulate something that doesnt work. Create a valid layout and only then you have something to simulate.

It is not(!) an issue with this plugin.
