I'd like to work on this issue. From what I can see, this is about fixing ScanCode's core detection logic based on bugs found during the Nixpkgs audit work.

I'll start by checking out PR #2033 to see what detection issues came up during testing. Then I'll:
Document the specific bugs (SPDX mismatches, expression parsing issues, etc.)
Fix the detection logic in scanpipe/pipes/scancode.py
Add proper tests

Let me know if this approach sounds good or if there's anything specific you'd like me to focus on!
