ArrayToString Conversion error when using Multicheckbox

If one of my fields in the module is a Multicheckbox item I'm getting an Array To String conversion error when inserting the item.

Should a multicheckbox item be a SET instead of an ENUM?

we normally use ENUM's for this in Fork. Can you post the full stack trace for the exception?
