Refactor the interactions widget (and any others that use the interaction schema to use the new schema introduced in WS260

The existing attributes will be available alongside the new version of the schema until WS263.

Just to note to remind us that we need to do this in the next development cycle, as the existing attribute/values from the old model/schema are slated to be removed in WS263 WS264.

We now have another cycle to get this done, see here
