Consider withholding papers from authors that only have species 'C. elegans' and no other entities extracted

To discuss:

Based on feedback from an author, would it be possible to withhold papers that only have C. elegans as a species and not other entities or data types?

We have some bioinformatics/software type papers that I include in our WB corpus, but those papers aren't a great fit for the ACKnowledge form and what we're asking for.

We can discuss possible approaches to this, e.g. a tag I'd add upon including the paper in the corpus or if something could be done post-processing.

Maybe we can make use of the new Alliance entity recognition pipelines to enable filtering here, i.e. if the entity extractions find species but no other entities, we filter that paper from further ACKnowledge processing.

We perhaps run the risk of not getting more information about the papers from authors, but probably those papers are not going to be conducive to ACKnowledge curation anyway.
