Describe the problem

Currently, the milestones section on https://weblate.org/en/about/ is hard-coded in the HTML.

Solution brainstorm

It should be generated dynamically from the milestone flagged posts to get automatically the latest content.

Presently, there is custom text included in the milestone listing, it should probably go to the database.
