Follow-focus ignores minimum cursor movement when focus is changed by a plugin #331

Reported by user mxbranch on wayfire chatrooms, opening issue on their behalf :
The bug is for the follow-focus plugin.
The “minimum cursor movement” option is ignored when the focus is changed via a switcher plugin.
If "view focus follows mouse" is enabled, this causes even a slight mouse movement to shift focus to the wrong window.
In many cases I switch to another program with a switcher, start typing, the vibration from the typing slightly moves the cursor and the focus immediatly changes, all the key events meant for the original program are now triggering keyboard shortcuts for the wrong program, sometimes causing irrecoverable losses.
