Adds a skill to the rift tree for Forced Teleportation.
What are you trying to modify
The Skill is essentially capturing an entity into an enderperal, and allowing you to throw them instead of you.
i like the idea of leveling perks but i often have a hard time figuring out what do do with leveling thats not broken.
but perhaps it can track the max(targetsHit) in the pearl so you can hit someone 3 times at max and throw it three times.
Alternatively level 1-3
small things
player sized things
anything
etc...
im all for it being a leveled perk but idk what to do with it
regardless i think it would be a skill that emplores creativity but in a good way
like you start a team fight in a private area and just unload a whole load of player
