What happened?

Unable to start any VM machine even if they have been fresh-created. I can just see VBoxManage: error: Details: code NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005), component MachineWrap, interface IMachine.

Same behavior on vbox 7.1

How can we reproduce this?

1. Create new machine
2. Try to start...
