Missing Sixense header (isixense.h)

I have tried to compile the SDK with support for Sixense (Razer Hydra controllers) however it fails due to a missing interface header (isixense.h). To clarify, the Sixense SDK on steam doesn't include this file at all. Could this file be added to the public SDK? I assume its somewhat up-to-date as the current version of TF2 still supports the controllers.

isixense.h is just sixense.h just renamed. Just make a new file with the following contents:

The current version of TF2 doesn't support the controllers, actually. Well it does, but it's broken. The Razer Hydra support never worked on 64 bit Windows or Linux, and the 32 bit Windows version's support broke with the release of the SDK, ironically enough.

Made a fix for this that also addresses your issue. PR 1879. It's a work in progress, but it does compile, and it does work on 64-bit Windows (which I presume you're using).
