Switch order of items in the summary section at the top of the study details tab: (1) summary; (2) primary publication; (3) primary contact; (4) release # / date; (5) data accessibility
Note that this will impact genomic sites, so I would like to get feedback from the genomics ux group. If they don't approve of the change, I will need to find a way to do this only for clinepi/mbio.
