Create Hermes.py launch script / MacroModule

Create a nice self contained python script using nrtlib.py to launch all of the necessary Hermes Modules.

This should launch:

• Hermes base module
• Kalman filter module to filter the orientation
• A DeadReckoning module to integrate the position
• Some kind of way to combine the DeadReckoning data and the KalmanFiltered orientation to make a final nrt::Transform
