IPython.config warning

Just a note to say that I replaced "s,IPython.config,traitlet.config," in trepan/processor/command/ipython.py as the warning suggested. It seems to work but I don't know if this is the right solution.

Thanks for letting folks know. I've never been a bit ipython user and perhaps am losing track of python too. If we can get consensus on this I'm happy to make the change in the repo.
