Dismiss AI message button doesn't work

Describe the bug

When the user clicks on dismiss AI message in help threads, it leads to throwing this exception and AI response is still visible.

Message from AI should be dismissed

Note: It seems Original Message was deleted due to being a hiring post which could be a reason for this error

Afaik the problem is that the bot cant find the thread anymore if the original message was deleted because the thread shares the same id than the message or something like that.

Probably a discord/jda issue. But yeah, we can investigate a bit.

I am pretty confident though that its because of that issue, the dismiss button does work in all other cases.
