If you see my GitHub repo, NetworkUtilities is a Bukkit based API created with the aim of simplifying server development in a library that is fully open source and created with developers in mind.
It currently has support for Titles, Actionbars, Data serialization, Game creation and Item GUIs, as well as a fully HasteBin connecected logging system.
Our projects are so similar, it seems odd to compete: if you'd like to stop TechUtils and begin issuing regular pull requests to my repo, I think you would gain greatly.
