Cannot install Cloudflare D1 Driver

What happened?

When I attempt to install Cloudflare D1 Plugin with latest version 24.0.1 I get:

Installation Failed
Plugin requires PluginKit version 3, but app provides version 2

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Settings
2. Go to Plugins
3. Click Brows
4. Find D1 Driver
5. Click Install

Expected behavior

The latest compatible version (or any version of my choice) should be installed correctly.
