Hi, this looks cool, but I'm totally unclear on how to use it.

Like if I am understanding the purpose correctly, this is a blueprint for assembling several extrusion parts, like those you can buy here to make a frame?

Would you consider adding a HOWTO somewhere for using this awesome project?

Maybe a good start would be a simple list of what to buy and how to edit configuration.scad?

Is it anything I can help with? I'd be happy to make an interactive 3d website thing, if I knew how the pieces fit together and what is needed to actually build one of these.

Wow. Didn't expect anyone to find this. As you can see it's 6 years old. I don't think it's as useful as it used to be, I'm sure there are dozens of changes to openscad that can make this more efficient.
If I remember correctly it is a 3d printer design, similar to the prusa i2 but using aluminum extrusions. The design is likely outdated and flawed and could use some updating.
I have since moved to onshape. I'm just not that good of a programmer or at math to be able to make designs in openscad quickly.
