add cli-read-timeout flag to lambda_invoke action

when invoking a long-running lambda function using the lambda_invoke action, we run into this issue, but there is no workaround available in st2...

In the meanwhile, I'm writing a little custom action that uses boto instead of the aws pack, but it seems like this is a missing feature.
