Fix smoke test: Remove obsolete libgl1-mesa-glx package

libgl1-mesa-glx is not available in Ubuntu 22.04 - it was replaced by libgl1.
Removed mesa-utils as well (not essential for the test).

Working packages for Ubuntu 22.04:
- libgl1 (replaces libgl1-mesa-glx)
- libglu1-mesa (OpenGL utility library)
- libglew2.2 (GLEW for Ubuntu 22.04)
- xvfb (virtual framebuffer)
