Support for `indexmap`

I'm looking for a map that preserves the order. indexmap is usually my goto supported by many serializer.

Thanks for the issue! Our motivation to support this, like other crates, will depend on how much demand there is.

For now, you can use the serde version of bitcode.

indexmap support would be great. We wanted to use bitcode as transport encoding for leptos server functions, but ultimately failed because

• bitcode does not support indexmap
• leptos does not support bitcode's serde shim, but uses Encode and Decode only.
