test(cli): enhance cdxgen tests with exit/signal handling coverage

Add comprehensive tests for manifest cdxgen command to match quality
standards of other wrapper commands. New tests cover exit code handling
with process.exit(), signal propagation with process.kill(), lifecycle
defaults (pre-build for security), output file defaults, help flag
passthrough, cdxgen flag forwarding, and edge cases.
