Feature request: ability to ignore changes in certain files

Would be useful to e.g. add a rule to ignore any changes in package-lock.json.

You can simply don't include the file during commit

I think some sort of either configuration or step where the user can select which diffs / files are included would be useful, also as one last chance to modify the prompt before it's sent.
