Extend and polish miscellaneous chapter

The chapter is currently incomplete. We should go through it some time and add missing information.

Things to do:

• Learning goals are not defined
• Align content on homepage with content of this chapter. On the homepage we refer to "How to build and interact with users to build a community." and some research data management which was not covered that deeply this year.
