nasm props not available in VS2022

Changing nasm to masm inside the vcxproj files did the job.

You need to install this: https://github.com/ShiftMediaProject/VSNASM

AFAIK, MASM is not compatible with all ffmpeg asm code.

As stated by softworks, you need to follow the instructions as per the readme and install VSNASM. Without it asm will not compile as ffmpeg's asm uses NASM specific format not supported by other assemblers
